Wanted: trainee for our reception
Holiday resort and conference centre “de Betteld” is a Christian holiday resort where thousands of people spend their holidays annually. Our guests stay in lodges, caravans or tents and can enjoy a daily programme of sports, games, movies and Bible studies. Besides that conferences and performances take place during the whole year, often presenting well-known artist and speakers. “De Betteld” has a youth hostel, called “the white Inn”, where youngsters can be busy doing their thing and can grow to God. There is always something to be done at “de Betteld”!
We are looking for a motivated, friendly trainee who likes to make contact with people. It is important that you have some feeling for ciphers. It concerns a vacancy at our reception.
The activities are diverse and all-round, because we also are a conference centre. You can sleep at our resort. We prefer candidates who are studying in their 3rd or 4th year.

Hello, I am Rosalie Huisman and I am 18 years old. I am studying at Landstede in Zwolle at the recreation department.
Last summer I did a 20 week traineeship at holiday resort and conference centre De Betteld in Zelhem. I have been working at the reception for 20 weeks. It was very nice and of course very informative.
My colleagues explained everything very good and you get chances to learn and discover.
I liked the work at the reception very much, talking with the guests, telephone calls, doing reservations, and there is a very friendly holiday atmosphere at the park.
I have received a lot of experience and would not have missed this experience.
