When you purchase a lodge, you not only buy somewhere that is private and beautiful, but you also invest in somewhere God gets centre stage. De Betteld desires to be a place where you meet other like-minded people and also where you may meet with God. Your purchase becomes an investment into the plans and purposes of God.
De Betteld offers for sale new and refurbished lodges. All our lodges are furnished by a professional interior designer and are delivered ready-made. Alternatively you may reserve a plot, at our resort, and arrange the building of your lodge by Arragon Chaletbouw from Borculo.
De Betteld offers lodges in 4 optional sizes, all of them detached. All of the lodges are for all seasons, except the 28 square metre lodges.
The other sizes are 70 square metres (752.5 sq ft), 45 square metres (483.75 sq. ft), 35 square metres (376.25 sq. ft) and 28 square metres (301sq. ft). The lodges all have an outside space, which may be used as seating or garden.
New: 42 square metre (451.5 sq. ft) lodge.
New at De Betteld is a 42 square metre refurbished lodge, which is for sale. It has been used for demonstration purposes. Similar to all other lodges, it is furnished by professional interior designers. The lodge has two bedrooms, both double beds allowing the lodge to sleep four. It comes complete with double insulated windows, central heating, a luxurious kitchen, complete with refrigerator and a bathroom. The cost of the lodge, complete with VAT is €32,000. The lodge measures 10 metres x 4.2 metres (32.8ft. X 13.77ft.)

This size of lodge is suitable for 4/6 persons. They have 2 bedrooms which can be furnished differently ie: double bed, raised bed, bunk beds or 2 single beds.
Measurements of lodge is 10 metres x 3.5 metres (32.8 ft. x 11.48 ft.)

A prerequisite of sale of any caravan is that it stays at our resort 1 year for every €800 paid. After that period the owner is obliged to buy a lodge. The selling party pays 2% of the agreed purchase price to De Betteld. If you intend to purchase a caravan of lodge the selling party may charge this amount to yourselves.
